Payment & Event Time Slot
Full payment is required at the time of scheduling.
Payment locks in your event date and time slot, including setup and teardown.
All payments are non-refundable.
Changes to Event Details
Any changes to event details (e.g., location, design elements) require at least 14 days’ notice.
Changes will incur a 10% change fee and possibly additional delivery or service charges.
Event Preparation
Please ensure the event space is accessible and cleared for setup.
Allow adequate time for setup and teardown, as coordinated during your consultation.
Special Requests
We love creativity! Share custom themes, colors, or unique design ideas when booking to ensure we can accommodate your vision.
