Submission of payment constitutes full acceptance of the policies outlined below.

• All payments made to Madcap Brush Works are non‑refundable.
• Full payment or the required invoice amount is necessary to reserve your event date and time.
• Dates are not held without payment.
• Because we serve high‑demand dates throughout the Greater Kansas City Metro, we may decline other inquiries once your date is secured.

• All payments are non‑refundable.
• If an event is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled date, the client may request a one‑time reschedule within the same calendar year, provided that:
• The new date is submitted within 15 days of cancellation, and
• The requested date is available.
• Failure to secure a new date within the 15‑day window forfeits the reschedule option.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability, especially during peak seasons (April–June and September–October).

• Private appointments are subject to the same payment and cancellation policies as events.
• Because multiple appointments and events are scheduled per day:
• Arrivals 15 minutes late or more will result in appointment cancellation.
• No‑shows and late cancellations are forfeited.
• Payments remain non‑refundable.

Clients are encouraged to arrive 5–10 minutes early.

Kansas City weather can be unpredictable.

• Adequate shade is required for outdoor events.
• Madcap Brush Works will provide a covered tent when necessary.
• Services cannot operate in rain, lightning, or high winds.
• We reserve the right to pause or discontinue services if conditions become unsafe.
• Clients are responsible for providing a safe, stable setup area.

Travel fees apply to all events located more than 40 miles from Harrisonville, Missouri.

Any applicable travel fees will be disclosed at booking.

Madcap Brush Works will provide:

• Professional service equipment
• Tables
• Seating
• Covered tent (when required)

Clients must provide:

• A minimum 6’ x 6’ level space per service station
• Access to electricity (required for airbrush services and cotton candy)
• Stable, dry ground (no mud, gravel, or uneven terrain)
• Adequate lighting for evening events

For corporate clients, municipalities, schools, churches, and organizations:

• Signed service agreements may be required.
• Purchase orders accepted with prior approval.
• Certificates of Insurance (COI) and W‑9 forms are available upon request.
• Vendor onboarding must be completed at least 7 days prior to the event.
• Custom uniforms or branded attire may be requested in advance and must be provided by the client.

• Guest count estimates must be accurate at the time of booking.
• Madcap Brush Works is not responsible for reduced per‑guest service time due to underestimated attendance.
• Additional artists must be booked in advance for large‑scale events.

• Services are provided for the contracted time window only.
• If additional time is requested and staffing permits:
• Overtime is billed at $75 per 30‑minute block.
• Payment must be received by Madcap Brush Works Administrative Offices at the time of service.
• Overtime availability is not guaranteed and must be approved by an authorized event representative.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to:
• Disruptive or inappropriate individuals
• Guests with visible contagious illness or unsafe skin conditions
• Children must be at least 3 years in age, be able to sit independently, and have a guardian present.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe event environment, including crowd management and site conditions.

Madcap Brush Works is a professionally operated and insured entertainment provider.

Certificates of Insurance are available upon request.

Clients assume responsibility for:

• Site safety and stability
• Electrical access
• Weather protection
• Crowd control
